My full fee for a wedding ceremony is available on application and will include travel for a ceremony in any location within 30km of Mackay. Reduced fees apply for mid-week and other types of ceremonies. What is included?

• Initial and subsequent face to face consultations ... any number.
• Personal ceremony to suit your needs - all planning, preparation and ongoing consultation.
• Resource kit including sample formats, readings, poems, vows and symbolic inclusions.
• Unlimited phone and email contact.
• Printed Commemorative Marriage Certificate.
• Legal Marriage Certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages.
• Legal Paperwork including preparation and lodgement of the Notice of Intention to Marry.
• Rehearsal on-site at venue.
• Relationship education resources.
• PA system with CD player and USB port.
• Signing table and chairs.
• Commemorative copy of your ceremony.

Refund Policy

A deposit of $150 is required to be paid at the first interview or within 7 days of the first interview. The deposit is not refundable.

The balance of the full fee is required to be paid no less than 14 days before the scheduled date of the ceremony.

Where the ceremony is cancelled in writing, less than 14 days before the scheduled date of the ceremony, 50% of the final payment is refundable.

Where the celebrant fails to attend through no fault of the couple, the total fee is refundable.

Other Factors

Factors which may cause changes to the above rates include – interpreter/translation services, additional travel requirements, overnight accommodation, hire of specialised equipment or clothing required by the couple and any costs associated with special requirements.

Any additional charges will be discussed and confirmed prior to payment of the deposit.
